 Return Policy


• The products cannot be returned or exchanged in each of the following cases according to the applicable laws.

1) In the case that the product is destroyed or damaged 

    due to the cause that customers are responsible for.

2) In the case that the sales value of the product

    remarkably decreases as it is already used.

    However, the case when the package is opened to 

    check the content is an exception.


• If you want to return FREKA products, the package must not be opened and contain all the basically-provided items inside.


• Personal hygiene products such as filters can not be returned after opening the package.



 Refund Policy


• The products can be returned or exchanged within 

14 days after the delivery is completed. 

(The return period may be applied differently in the region where the product was purchased.)


• If you change your mind and want to return or exchange it, you need to pay the round-trip delivery cost.


• Except for specific reasons, the purchase cost is refunded to the purchaser through the payment method used at that time.
