 A/S Period and Procedures Guide


• If the product needs repair within one year from the 

time of purchase of FREKA product, we provide free 

repair support. 


• It will take about 1~2 weeks to repair the item, 

and if it is difficult to repair because of the damage, 

we offer compensation sales as a new product 

at a certain cost in accordance with the FREKA Compensation Regulations.


• If the product needs to be repaired one year after purchase, you can get paid repairs through our 

customer service. 


• In case of a repair request due to the user's carelessness, paid repair is possible through our customer service.

- Mask Products: If repair is not possible by determining

   whether it is damaged, it is possible to trade in a new

   product at a cost of 50% of the selling price.     

  

- Repairs are not possible for filters and mask accessories

  except the mask products.

  

  Product Care Guide



[Mask]

• To keep the mask in its original condition for a long time, put it in FREKA pouch and store it in a dry and cool place.  


•  If the outer surface of the mask is wet or dirty, wipe it off with a soft cloth before use. 


•  In case of severe contamination of the mask, please wash it in lukewarm water below 30℃ and dry thoroughly. 


•  FREKA mask can be used by ironing at a low temperature below 70℃.


     

[Insert]

•  If the insert is contaminated, wash it with a neutral detergent in lukewarm water below 30℃ and dry it thoroughly before use.


•  If the silicone and frame parts of Insert are damaged, do not disassemble or deform the product arbitrarily. 



[Filter]

•  The average usage period of the FREKA filter is 7-14 days (based on the air pollution index of 80, within 8 hours per day). 


•  Please store the filter in a cool place with good ventilation or put it in a vinyl filter package when not in use. 


•  If the surface of the filter is wet, it needs to be dried sufficiently to reuse it.  


•  Filters cannot be washed and should be stored so that they do not get wet. 


•  If the filter is contaminated, it is recommended to discard it and replace it with a new filter. 


•  It can be increased the efficiency of blocking contaminants by using a filter suitable for the mask.
